I’m Joanna Sherman, the creator behind Churna. On my personal Ayurvedic journey, I learned that while the foundations of beauty start from within, there are many therapies aimed at enhancing one’s external appearance. Hair and tooth powder were introduced to me by an Ayurvedic doctor, and immediately I was hooked. For years I struggled with products that irritated my skin, so it was immensely satisfying to use products that felt right for my body for the first time. The only problem was that they were not commercially available on the market, so I began the process of sourcing and blending herbs on my own.
After sharing these products with family and friends for years, the growing demand became clear, and now we are proudly able to share these products with you. We hope that you benefit from these first six products. Plans for a hair mask and additional products are in the works and will be offered soon. They will all follow our mandate to offer 100% natural products that honour traditional Ayurvedic principles.
